There are few things in life more satisfying than leaving your home knowing that your makeup is absolutely in place.
1. Raising droopy eyes
To achieve this aspect, draw an invisible line that goes from the outer point of your eyebrow to the edge of your face. Then draw a second invisible line that continues from the bottom line of your tabs up. Where the two imaginary lines meet is where you want your eyeliner to lean. Apply the eyeliner only from the center of the lash line, not from the inside.
Trick: Apply a light shadow under the outer corner of the eye to hide the dark.
2. Get a perfect makeup base
Use a first or pre base to cover the pores and tint the greasy parts of your face. Mix a small amount of base on your face with a sponge, focusing on the T zone. Apply concealer on any imperfection or redness using a brush on the top of the base. Use powder and brush to keep this finish flawless all day!
3. Cover dark circles
A first or pre base and rub under your eyes with your finger. Use a concealer that is a little lighter than your base to highlight the area. Apply it with your finger, mixing it all over your face with a sponge. Then gently press a little dust on the area with a soft brush. Finally, use a highlighting powder on the cheekbones just below the circles.
4. Make your lips look fuller
Use a lip liner that is close to your natural lip color. Draw around the edges of the shape of your lips, going a little more outward to make them look bigger. Tilt the pencil slightly to the sides, blur inside the line and then use a brush to mix the pencil with the lips. Take a slightly darker shade of the lip liner and apply it only on the outer corners to add some contour and improve its appearance. Finally, take a highlighter and apply it on Cupid’s bow and in the center of the lower lip. Use a brush to make sure it is completely mixed.
5. Make your eyes look bigger
Take a clearer eye shadow and apply it under the eyebrow and in the inner corners of the eye. Use a darker and warmer tone in the crease of your eyelid: this makes it look deeper and creates a larger appearance. Apply a medium tone, just above the crease and below the bottom lash line. Finally, use a light beige eyeliner pencil and apply it to the waterline of the lower eyelid. When applying mascara, focus on the outer eyelashes, tilting slightly outward.
6. Make your eyelashes look longer
Apply a dark eyeliner just below the waterline on the upper and lower lash lines, focusing on the outer corners. For the first layer, take the mask brush to the root of the eyelashes and move it from side to side as you brush up. For the second layer, simply brush up, as usual, on the upper lashes only. Apply a final coat only on the tips of the eyelashes. To avoid clumping, take a small comb and brush through the eyelashes, tilting them out.
7. Get the best-winged eyeliner technique
Use an eyeliner to create a base for your eyeliner. Stay close to the lash line and to start, make a thin line. Then check this line with a mixing brush and gently rub it. When you reach the eyeliner wing, hold a piece of paper in the corner of your eye and use it as a guide to blur the eyeliner. Next, check the line and use a black eye shadow, blurring it with a brush.
